Product Description
The most convenient mounting accessory for portable Satellite Navigation devices, turns windscreen mounted devices into a dashboard mounted device.

The Nav-Mat combines the physics of weight distribution along with high tech anti-skid materials, creating a solid mounting base for window mounted devices. It contours to the top of the dashboard allowing it to work on uneven and textured surfaces and the anti-skid underside keeps the device from sliding.

The Nav-Mat works with most Sat-Nav devices using the windscreen suction mount that is sold with most popular units. Easy installation with no tools or fastenings required, the Nav-MatTM can be moved from vehicle to vehicle and keeps your Sat-Nav in close view.

No more suction rings visible on windscreens!! With ever increasing theft of satellite navigation units from vehicles, the Nav-Mat will fastly become the essential accessory for every portable Sat-Nav device owner.

Note Nav-Mat is Trade Marked & Patented

Approved UK suppliers are Southmid and Service Champions. Both offer a guarantee.

Wanted something stable to attach Tom Tom 720 to that was quick and easy to use, without the messing about sticking the mount to the windscreen, only to have it come unstuck.

This fits the bill excellently. However, the problem with the Tom Tom 720 is that the mount is small and doesn’t work when trying to mount in a horizontal position (as opposed to vertical). So before I could use the Nav Mat I needed to get an “Arkon suction mount arm” (available from Morpeth Mobiles). This arm is great, is easier to attach /detach than the standard mount and has much better suction.

The combination of these two bits of kit mean that it is a very stable (no slipping about whatsoever) mount for the Tom Tom and vibration free. When not in use is quickly & easily stored in the glovebox (with mount still attached to mat), leaving no telltale marks on the windscreen. Other Satnavs (that can be mounted horizontally on the dash) would obviously not need the extra Arkon mount.

I’ve a Tomtom XL Sat-Nav and I’m afraid attempting to stick the standard Tomtom suction pad onto the Nav-Mat placed on the dashboard generally ended up in disaster. When accelerating away from traffic lights all too often the Tomtom comes crashing to the floor as the suction between Tom Tom and the Nav-Mat isn’t good enough.

I expected to buy this product and need no further add-ons. I was wrong. Hence Tom Tom users you have been warned!

I use this to hold a Garmin 250 Sat Nav. It attaches using the windscreen attachment and holds it securely even on sharp bends.

My Navman was not very secure on the windscreen and I found it difficult to get the right position for it. This Nav-Mat is super. It is heavy based and once the sat-nav is locked onto it it doesn’t move. Easily position on the dash, Great purchase.

It makes using a sat nav so much easier and practical. No more tell tale sucker marks on your windscreen, no more dislocating your arm trying to get the sucker off the windscreen! It really is great – just stick the sat nav attachment on to the mat, put the mat on your dash, and you’re off. Go out and get it.
