Great, fun toy – got this for my 8 yr old and she loved it! Really easy to assemble – though not very robust, and them kept her entertained for ages with all the preprinted “film” slips. Shes even had a go at making her own images on the blank sheets that come with it. Highly recommended.

The kind of toy that is well suited for an adult who is 40, who wants to feel young again before he (or her) can ever in their life time feel young. I wish the animations were more complex, but these are simple animations. Though it is quite small, and your wife, may say ^What is that^ which will give a moment of childhood expression ^Don’t touch that it is mine^!

The light bulb adds an effect like an old film, but it works better at night, and battery is supplied.

I may try some kind of animation later! It is also interesting because it is a 100 year old toy.
