As regular customers (hello!) will know when it comes to spy gadgets we’re pretty discerning. This Spy Clock is absolutely no exception – in fact it might well be one of the cleverest spy gadgets we’ve ever had arrive in the office. It might look like a normal (and rather swanky) clock for your home but hidden in there somewhere is an almost-invisible video camera with a motion and sound detector as well as a stills camera. That means that it’s perfect for checking out all manner of suspect activity that might be going on in your own home – from spying on babysitters to making sure the builders aren’t nabbing your biscuits whilst you’re out earning their wages. Just set it up and wait for someone to walk past it or make a sound then the video camera jumps into life (silently of course). Once the object leaves the view of the camera it stops recording to save space. It has 4GB capacity but if you jam a micro SD card in there then you can have up to 8GB of storage meaning that you’ll easily squeeze a couple of hours’ worth of footage. Aside from the very practical purpose of keeping an eye on your property it’s actually great fun for framing your friends. Now there’ll be documentary evidence to support your claim that it was Auntie Dot who dropped the teapot – sweet justice her days of innocence will finally be over! When you’ve captured your footage all you need to do is use the included USB cable to transfer it to your computer where you can do whatever it is you need to do with it (pass it on to the authorities that kind of thing). The Spy Clock may appear to be a normal household item (complete with stainless steel finish) but only you know what it’s really capable of.
