I got the USB expansion cable from Amazon today.

What a great customer service. After few complaint by the customers in the review. There are no packaging for the cable anymore. Just a plastic bag.

No point rate it lower than 5 then.

Its an extention lead. You plug it into the PC and plug other things into it. No problems, well made and the length they say!

Bought this to extend the cable for an optical mouse. Cable is of good quality and is a snip at this price! The receiving connector is a good snug fit and there is no risk of the original cable falling out.

The cable is quite flexible so if this is longer than you need there is no difficulty in winding the remainder up into a fairly tight loop (say 100mm diameter).

Cant fault it at this price and at this quality!

This is a lead, with 2 ends… one plugs into the USB port, and the other takes whatever USB device you would otherwise have plugged into the port.

The only gripe I have about this is the HUGE amount of packaging it arrived in!!! It would have fitted into a normal sized padded envelope, but it arrived in a box which was (at a guess) half a metre wide & high, and even longer!! This meant it didn’t fit in my letterbox, so someone had to be there to collect it – so just be aware of that if you’re ordering it.

I don’t know whether it always comes from the same supplier though – so maybe others will package it more sensibly.

Well, what can you say about a piece of cable? Except that this was bought to replace a cheap and nasty bit of wire supplied “free” with a USB device that failed after a few outings.

So by comparison, this cable is built to Rolls-Royce standards. Well secured at each end with a flexible rubberised shrouding and clearly made to last. Minimal packaging answers earlier complaints. And how do they do it for the money, when you see the prices on the High Street? Recommended.
