My usb charger came quickly but I soon found out that it would not charge any item I connected to it. I contacted the seller who asked for it to be sent to them. Once they recieved it the acted to refund my money but not the postage incured to send back a faulty purchase.

I bought this USB mains charger because its earth pin is metal rather than plastic, unlike most of the others on the market – although the earth pin isn’t used, I’ve found to my cost that the plastic ones tend to snap when trying to prise the adaptor out of particularly tight-fitting sockets, which one encounters now and again. This unit is sturdy, reasonably compact and so far reliable.

The first one that I was sent stopped working for no apparent reason as did the replacement. Gave up at that point and settled for a refund.

I bought this specifically to charge my kids Ipod shuffle(or shuttle i can’t remember)and my own Ipod touch. It refuses to work on either, the light is on and will charge a creative Zen player, but not the Apple products. The company were fine and sent a replacement – that does not work either. I give up
