First of all, the product is nothing like picture above. This product is worst of all.
Back of the case is not shiny at all and finish is just cheap. You can buy a lot better product with this money, even in amazon.
Secondly, the customer service can not be worse.
I got the wrong product first time so I requested replacement.
the seller said they would send me my replacement next day.
Three days later, I requested again because I hadn’t got the product yet.
Another three days later(today), I requested again because I hadn’t got the product yet.
In addition, this seller keep replying me with same message everytime I send a request.
I don’t think the seller even bother to read what customers feel about the service.

Just what i’ve been looking for and really fast delivery. Perfect for protecting my HTC Desire. Fits amazing and colour is how i imagined it to be. Best buy ever and if you dont have this product you will be sorry. Now what other colour can i get?

loses one star because the actual colour’s not exactly like the picture. the grey doesn’t bother me too much, still looks good.
other than that the case is a perfect fit, with gaps for headphone, camera, speaker, microphone and usb. there is a subtle change in texture where the power and volume rocker controls are, so these can be felt while in the hand. also does not add much bulk to the phone at all.

An OK case. Fits really nicely.
Description states it’s black when in reality it’s grey/translucent. Picture makes it look darker than the phone, which is not true and when on makes the phone look lighter than before.

Firstly, as other reviewers have said this isn’t really “black”—more of a transparent grey. It still looks presentable enough though! You can still easily access all of the phone functions but its a *tiny* bit trickier to change the volume level and push the power button at the top. Its not going to protect your shiny new HTC if you drop it under the wheel of a car or from a great height but as protection from things like keys, coins, and minor dings and drops it does the trick nicely. Adds very little to the size of your phone too.
