I bought this to fit myCanon Digital IXUS 200 IS Digital Camera – Purple (12.1 Megapixel, 5x Optical Zoom) 3.0 inch LCD. It does so beautifully. It’s made of leather and is very smart. Described as a soft case its more firm and looks better than the photograph seems to show. It has a belt loop and the flap fastens with a magnet. It is the recommended Canon case in the specification for the IXUS 200 but this took me a while to notice this information. I had been trying various canon cases in the range for a while. Initially I only found this one available on-line and not in the shops, but I see it is widely available. Very good I recommend it for the IXUS 200. Size 6 x 10 x 3cm

This case is very smart and neat, and looks good on a belt. Canon Soft Case DCC-1100 for Digital IXUS 110 IS Camera However, the Ixus 200 fits snugly into the case and I did not realise that there is no space for a spare battery or spare card. If you are the sort of person who goes out all day on a sightseeing trip and takes so many shots that you need to change the battery then I suggest you consider a different case.

Not the most cheapest of cases but it is well made and protects your camera from wear and tear. The camera fits snugly into the case as it should since it is designed for the Ixus and it has a quality feel to it. The magnetic catch has a reassuring click and the case can be worn on your belt or can be easily slipped into your pocket.
