Ordered it using amazon prime, item came same day

Worked like a charm. Switched between devices automatically. This item is fantastic. Now all the leads are safely tucked away behind the TV which is on a cabinet containing the appliances, and is tucked safely in a corner of our living room. My kids are now unable to mess with any wiring, and I have had no problems, whatsoever. I switch the Xbox on, it shows up on the TV. Turn it off, back to Sky HD. Same with the Blueray player. ALL using Standby as well.

Brilliant product. Does what it’s job, and does it well.

Having just returned the Fisual 2 way auto-switch because it didnt, I was a bit sceptical as to whether this item (at 1 GBP more) would be any better. Couldnt have been more wrong – this product is excellent. Small and compact it neatly hides away behind the equipment. The leads make good connections and even better, it perfectly auto-switches between my Sony DVD hard-drive and an XBOX 360 Elite. It switches to the most recently powered-on item, and back again after power down. I havent even (needed to) test the manual switch. There is a red LED to signify the input – the only criticism being that this is quite bright as a standby (always on) indicator – but it really is a minor point. If you need a cheap auto-switch you cant go wrong – it works!

This is a great little device. I have my Sky HD box and PS3 connected to my TV using this box. By default, Sky is shown on my TV, when I switch on my PS3, it takes over the screen, and when I switch it off, Sky appears again. Simple and easy. The box is only about 2 inches square, so it doesn’t take up much room and is easily hidden behind the TV. It doesn’t come with any HDMI cables, so if you don’t have any spare, you will need to connect the box to your TV.

The switch is very compact and has a “select” button so that you can set which input you want to use.

But you probably won’t need to use the “select” button because the automatic selection seems 100% accurate.

So all you need do is set this up, hide it round the back of your screen, and that’s it; it will just quietly get on with doing what it’s supposed to do.

I wouldn’t bother to look for an alternative product.
