Hi, if you want a camcorder with good quality and value for money this is the one , plus you can put it in your pocket and take it anywhere.

Easy to use, and the software that comes in the camcorder is great you can play around with your movies, photos add music.

We are very satisfied with this product.

no hassle, speedy delivery. very pleased with product as are my kids who are aged 7, 9 and 11. they can use this with ease and even download without any problems. we are used to a camcorder with tapes and this is just brilliant in comparison.

I bought the flip ultra for my parents, it is the second flip camera I have purchased and is so easy to use. My parents are not really into technology but this camera has two buttons, Switch it on and then press the big red button to record that is it. This is a great piece of technology and the quality is fantastic, you will need a computer but again the software is built into the camera.

Plug the camera into the computer it installs the software, after the first install you can just plug the camera in and it opens up the software to view all the videos, very simple and easy menu’s for saving video or uploading to the net.

We purchased the 8GB model which gives you up to 2 hours HD recording.

If you want a really simple high quality video camera that fits in your pocket this is the one!!!

Hope this helps anyone that is thinking about buying a new cheapest video camera.

If my camera had worked it would have been great !!

Unfortunately the loaded software didnt transfer onto my mac (or pc), so before I could get

started I had to download a newer version from the web

I took the camera on holiday (the day after receipt) … it worked for a day

then failed to recharge via usb as the screen stated the camera was getting too hot ..

So I had to use normal AA batteries which were ok, but on the 2nd day the camera systems randomly

began to crash/lock/freeze.. call it what you will The only way to unfreeze everything

was to remove the batteries & put them back in.

After 14 days away I have a video of about 100 clips all 5-9 secs long . . . lovely to edit ?

I returned the flip to amazon & got immediate credit – excellent service as usual !

I hope mine was a friday-night one — I may try again when I feel flip have got their act together

as many people on the web seem to have had similar problems.
