Bought these to use with my iPad. They are very poor quality and don’t work well at all. Completely useless.

I had just bought an iPad, having not had an iPhone, and found that using a finger was clumsy and left a finger print. These two styluses have made a great difference. They are easy to use (I don’t seem to have to keep them perpendicular) and they are quick on the keyboard. Also, for games like Snoozis ( an amusing game) using the 2 styluses in each hand makes a big difference. The pen-clip allows you to fit the styluses on to a carry bag.

Disappointed. Wanted to use this with penultimate app but it only really works if it’s held perpendicular to the screen which is not how use a pen

A great concept, indeed a tool like this makes using ‘smart’ phones, or indeed any touch screen so much easier, well it would but for a couple of reasons.
The first thing I found was that you had to be very precise about your placing of the tip. It had to be at an exact 90 degrees to the screen surface, the tip is flat, and they are just not sensitive enough.
I have tried another similar product that has a far more sensible ’rounded’ tip, but they too lacked sensitivity. Now if Apple brought one out, the chances are it would work!
Buy a ‘dome’ tipped version, not brilliant but they will help.
