I was so disappointed with the delivery service; I ordered this product on 15th December and it didn’t arrive until 30th December. It was a Christmas present for my brother and I was told it would arrive on 19th December. When it still hadn’t arrived on this date, I tracked my order on-line and discovered it had been sent to Aberdeen sorting office by mistake but was assured it would arrive by Christmas Eve, which it didn’t. I think this is a disgrace as it was through no fault of my own that this did not arrive on time and I was left with little time to find an alternative gift.

Extremely disappointing, this item was bought as a gift and it was faulty not working at all, so had to be returned!

I bought sat.nav. after buying one for my son and was quite impressed – although it missed out a roundabout and didn’t take the correct turn into our property.
Mine arrived the next day!
Until I looked at the the invoice I was unaware that I had bought a reconditioned one – not what I asked for. The first problem with using it is that my car doesn’t have a powerpoint to connect it to to recharge – which means I’m going to have to buy a separate usb cable and pay for the postage and packing – not good news.

This is an absolutely rubbish device! Yes, it just navigates you from A to B but that’s all about it. This does not show “Distance to Go” on the screen! Can’t imagine Garmin can design a Sat Nav without this vital information! It only shows estimated arrival time (which can vary widely depending on traffic) and the speed (for which all cars already have speedometers). It even does not display on which road you are currently driving (sometimes does sometimes not). It also does not allow you to save a multi-point route. Its POI database is also very poor (too few options and outdated). Not recommended. Buy either Tomtom or Navman.
