When my HP laptop began to turn itself off and the battery level fluctuated I thought it was due to a faulty mains power pack, so I bought this to try it out. The choice was between a genuine item or an item from an alternative manufacturer, but the alternative was more expensive and didn’t include the mains lead! This item obviously worked out of the box and has given no trouble since. It was delivered promptly, it works and it is inexpensive, nothing more needs to be said.

Once you work out which end connecter you need (why wont manufacturers just make a common connecter!!) the charger was very reasonably priced, arrived within the week, and works fine. Glad i looked around and found this one, good product for your money.
