I ordered this adapter but was sent a 3.34A (65W) Dell original, not a 4.62A one as advertised. The latter would be 90W, which is what the Inspiron 1520 ships with. Plug in the adapters these people are selling and the power management software will display a warning message that you are using a charger with low wattage, so charging the battery will take longer.
What is so frustrating is that I ordered a replacement but was sent the same adapter again. I have explained that this is false advertising but the details have not yet changed on the Amazon website.

So far so good. I was pleased to be able to buy a replacement product at half the price that Dell sell theirs direct. I needed to replace a worn and non-functional power chord and so far, a few weeks on, it works fine.

I bought this cord to replace my old one because I thought the old stopped charging my laptop. Actually the new one didn’t charge either:) since I later on find out that it’s the end day of my Dell 1525.However, I’d like to say the service is pretty good and the quality of the product is as good as advertised. So if in future I need something else, I will trust this dealer and come back to them.
