Delivered when expected, I selected the gift wrap option and it was excellently presented, you will need tools for this product: hammer, small flat head or a star head screwdriver and either a small spanner or grips. Instructions are quite straight forward but attaching the bolts beneath the wheels can be tricky, however it is completely worth it and I would recommend this product everytime. I bought this product for my two small nephews that are 20months and it was a perfect size for them they we sitting in it and everything it is a great sturdy durable toy that definately gets their imaginations going!!!! EXCELLENT.

It would have helped if i could have received the item shown that was ordered twice instead of a noddy car which was sent twice instead of the red cart.
Can only comment that i was disappointed at not receiving the item especially when i was expecting it for a second time.
