simple set up,
The first printer I ordered arrived damaged, however I was delighted with the customer support from Amazon on the return process. I received a replacement very quickly. The second printer works perfect, very simple to set up, would highly recommend for somebody who is looking for a low cost printer for printing off those airline tkts etc. One point as mentioned by others, when ordering this system it would be good if there was a note to state that the cable is not included with the printer. There is no way to know that in order to get your printer functioning you also need to order this separately at time of ordering.

This is an excellent printer for it’s price range.
I bought mine from Argos (as there’s a shop very close to me) to replace an existing Hewlett Packard printer, and I can’t fault it. The print speed is excellent, and the quality of the printed page – whether pictures or text is brilliant. I use mine mainly for text as I run a small business from home. The scan function works really well – I tested it on a multi-coloured leaflet I had lying around, and except for the type of paper I used you couldn’t tell the difference !
I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a low-cost all-in-one machine.

|Super dummy and student friendly machine,
Easy to set up and worked straight away. Average size, goes nicely on my desk in my uni accommodation. Does just what I need, with bonuses like scanning, copying and colour printing. Comes with a colour and black cartridge but not a (USB) lead to connect to the computer – only downer but Amazon suggested buying one at the same time so I did and am glad
Also doesn’t print very fast but I guess it’s pretty average.
HP has never let me down – always a good reliable one to go for. Happy with another of their products
