Rather than buying a non HP ink, I saw the opportunity to save money by buying this product on Amazon and I have had no regret.

I used to purchase refill cartridges for other types of printers, but eventually found that the performance went off, or printing became streaky. I always now purchase new cartridges from either HP direct, Amazon direct or Amazon suppliers. I have NEVER been disappointed with either quality or delivery.

Having had a couple of bad experiences using third party remanufactured cartridges I’ve bitten the bullet and reverted to HP originals. They give good quality print output and a reasonable life. Colours in photo print mode (I use a Photosmart D7360)are excellent and seem fairly fade resistant also still quite acceptable output in draft mode. Good value for money from Amazon, (notwithstanding that ink for PC printers is still more expensive than high quality perfume, but that’s another soapbox for me to stand on). Buy from HP direct or a highstreet retailer and be prepared to remortgage your house if you do a substantial amount of printing.

This product arrived extremely late. It is advertised in colourful packaging as a single item. What you get is a cartridge that is part of a typical 6 pack (that would normally include HP photo paper) so there is no colourful packaging, just a plain white paper cover inside a plastic peel off top. I took this up with the company as this is clearly wrongful and the product is not as described. I was fobbed off with two inadequate responses in answer to my questions. Do not deal with this company. They are selling value pack items as single refills. A complete rip off in my view. The photo they have used is for the genuine product – but it’s not the one I got! I think Amazon should investigate this sharp practice.

Genuine HP product & great value. Only gave 4 stars as the delivery took longer than I expected. Allow at least a week for delivery & you should be fine with this product!
