I have an HP Pavillion DV6000 and bought this to replace my broken power supply. It worked fine for the first few days although it got extremely hot. Then, after about 4 days, it simply stopped working – dead! What a complete waste of money!
Do not buy the this, rather buy the original from HP! That is what I did the second time round
and it solved my problems.
Lesson learnt – you get what you pay for!

Brilliant. Does the job its supposed to do and was much cheaper than Comet which was going to charge £100 for the same product.
