Had this pvr for some months and have had no problems with it. Hard disk is large enough for day to day use and as long as you check out some housekeeping help on the Inverto Forum you should have no problems at all. http://www.invertoforum.co.uk/forum

Some users report lost recordings but mine has been ok.Perhaps that’s because I re-boot every week and re-format the drive every 3 months. These are simple tasks and the menu guides you.

Records 2 freeview channels at once.

Chase play.

Pause live tv.

14 day epg.

What more do you need ?

I have had mine for a year, and since then my experience has led to my parents and sister also buying the same model.

In short, all three record reliably, in great quality (I’m watching on a 50″ plasma), and with remarkable ease.

I have experienced no problems at all.

I did quite a lot of research before shelling out and there are other excellent model PVR’s such as from Topfield and Humax but when you consider this does much the same thing and is so much cheaper, I rate is as excellent value and excellent performance.

You will get approx 40-45 hours of recordings onto this hard disk. I remember my last VCR cost more than this!!!!!!!

Get one – you’ll love it.

I was a little unsure about this item as it appeared cheap compared to some alternatives however I took the risk after reading a few positive reviews. I have not been disappointed – for the money this recorder is fantastic – I have had it for a month now and it worked perfectly ever since taking it out of the box – the set-up was SIMPLE. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. If there is any gripe it would be that when it accesses the library of stored recording it takes a few second to create the thumbnail images but this is just a very minor issue and I dont know if any of teh alternatives are any better at this. Fantastic.
