Superfast delivery, item well packed, works fine. Makes life easier for shuffle users who don’t always have access to a pc – like when going on holiday! Would recommend.

I recently purchased this product for use abroad as I would not have access to a computer, it arrived quickly and when i got it home, I removed it from the packaging and plugged it into the wall socket, the red light came on for about 1 second and then it blew up, there was a large spark and a popping noise, and then a smell of burning, it only blew the charger and did not blow my sockets in my house. I thought it was very dangerous and I am looking to e-mail Amazon about this, how would I go about this?
