Work just fine.,
Bought a couple of these 16Gb G3 Datatravellers and they work just fine. Read and Write speeds seem fast enough – Windows 7 on my old Dell laptop reports 20Mb/sec when reading, and 10Mb/sec when writing to these sticks during simple large file copy operations.
fwiw, I also timed another file copy test under XP on my faster E8200 desktop. 53sec to write 4 files totalling 780Mb to the stick, 23sec to read same files off the stick back to hard drive.
Only criticism is I also have the very 1st generation Datatraveller with removable dust cap, and when you remove the dust cap and place it over the opposite end of the stick, it remains snug and secure. Not so with the G3, it doesn’t take much to knock the dust cap off the key ring end of the stick.

The drive functions much like any other when operating.
I have a real gripe with Kingston R&D who have designed the outer casing for this devise. The G3 is wider and deeper than the G2 models an does not sit side by side with another USB devise on my laptop. Surely they know the maximum width available? The G2 were perfect! I ‘converted’ this to be the same width as my old ones using a concrete block and some sand paper.

Its a good device but the ergonomics could be better.
1- I bought it expecting to be able to add it to my key ring but the slot is so thin that it can’t be done (easily at least).
2- It could be thinner
However the R/W speed is pretty good.
Deliver was quick and efficient.
