Received this in super quick time and plugged it in. Didn’t come with a CD but it worked straight away in Skype and MSN. The picture quality is very clear, especially considering the low price. I now use it daily to chat to my family back home.

I just received this and I’m busy ordering one for my wife (so I can call her when I’m away) and one for my family (so I can make video calls to them).

For the price the image and sound quality are excellent, and it truly is plug-and-play, within 10 seconds of being plugged in it was up and running (now that’s my type of technology!).

The only negative is that it is a little difficult to position on the top of the monitor, but for the value and quality it’s a very good buy (I couldn’t bring myself to only give it a 4/5 given the low cost).

Bought this webcam on basis of Amazon reviews.Does what it says. Picture quality great and sound fine. Just skyped a contact in Australia and all perfect. One small word of advice, camera has a lens cover! Not expected and so no picture until it was found. A great bonus is that windows 7 recognised the camera, so no messing about with drivers – great.

I bought this Webcam on the strength of the reviews and that it was compatable with Windows7 and I’m pleased that I did. It’s dead simple to set up.It feels well made and the clip is made of good quality “rubber” it sits perfectly on my lap top with no fear of making any marks. My mate who I was speaking too on Skype, reckoned the sound quality was very good and that he could hear me very clearly.

So, yes, I would recommend it,(already have).

This webcam sits perfectly on top of monitor and looks equal to many more higher priced units. The main benefit to me is it worked first time on my daughters new pc running windows 7.
