Excellent! Fits my new Canon Powershot G9 perfectly. It is a really good quality bag, nicely padded and is well designed. It has neat little features too, with little seperate pockets for spare memory card and batteries, as well its own wee rain coat built in. Definitely worth the money!

I bought this case for Canon Powershot SX100 IS camera. Though I was wondering why no one mentioned this before. Seems everyone was buying the Canon DCC700 Case for SX100 camera.
However, the Lowepro is much better than the official canon case, in terms of
1) cushioning
2) space
3) extra space for mem card, and batteries
4) option of shoulder strap, and belt strap
5) the all important weather cover
I am very pleased with this product. And thanks to Amazon’s free one month trial of Amazon Prime, I got this product delivered within 18 hours of placing the order on internet !!

Having the 5AW for my Ixus, I thought this would be ideal for my G10, but I’m quite disappointed. Whilst the camera fits perfectly, along with a memory card, the G10 battery is so bulky that I have to carefully squeeze the camera alongside it when putting it into the pouch. Also, the pouch is so small that it’s another squeeze to get the camera strap inside along with the battery. I’ve since found that the old-style 20AW pouch (which I use for my GPS), is taller and actually a better fit, as the battery can lie at the bottom and not be in constant risk of falling out. To summarise, great if you don’t take a spare battery in the pouch, but irritating if you do (and who would go anywhere without a spare?).

My previous camera case strap snapped at a critical moment and I nearly lost my camera into a ravine! I always carry a camera when walking and the previous case proved unable to keep things dry in the rain. The Lowepro Apex 60AW is perfect match to my camera, good storage for a SD card, a small netted pouch for asscessories which I have enhanced with a velcro closer to make it secure. The bag is lightweight, seems really well made, rugged and promises good service. The strap is excellent and the bag comes with a small waterproof cover which neatly stows at the rear of the bag in its own pouch. All in all a very good product. Highly recommended.

Great bag for the G10, like the separate sections inside to put your spare card or its ideal to place the camera strap to prevent it rubbing against the camera’s LCD screen.
Even fits my Gorillapod which is super handy! Joby Gorillapod Original – Black
My only wishes are for the carry strap to be thicker thus more comfortable and the bag to have 2 zips so it can be opened in both directions.
