I’ve hooked my PS3, SKY HD and DVD up to this and it works perfectly with no loss of picture quality. It’s hidden away with only the IR sensor on display.
I was torn between this product and another offering by Neet Neet 3 Port Mini HDMI AUTO SWITCH 3×1 (3 way input 1 output) but opted for this one because of the remote. I’ve hidden it away and have seen on other reviews that SKY HD does not always automatically switch back. I didn’t want to have to keep fishing it out to manually change it if there was a problem. This is an ideal compromise and is just a few quid more. That said so far it has worked perfectly and I haven’t needed the remote.
If you need to plug more HDMI equipment in than your TV has inputs for this is the perfect solution for you. It’s at a great price (many manual switch boxes I looked at cost this much) and the service from Neet is excellent. Recommended

Fantastic gizmo, much smaller than I’d expected. Despite having a power socket it is actually self powered, switches inputs automatically or via (tiny) remote control, Excellent, prompt delivery. Cannot fault on any grounds. 5/5.

This switch has solved my hdmi problem. I needed extra hdmi ports for my plasma TV and I now have a system that auto-switches perfectly between all 3 hdmi devices including my new PS3, home theatre system and PVR unit. Great result and fantastic customer support from Neet.

Purchased smaller 3 way switch and had functionality problems with dvd e-mailed Neet and they were extremely helpful, sent me the larger 3 way powered switch at no extra cost and everything now works with fullfunctionality. Could not wish for better servie and help

I had previously tried switches bought at high street outlets and found that they (a) failed to pipe through the sound from my Sky+ HD box, and (b) forced errors in my Panasonic Blu-ray player. I ordered this on a Monday evening and was amazed to receive it on the Tuesday morning – exceptional service in my book. I took it home, plugged it in and was pleased to find that everything worked perfectly first time. I have had no issues whatsoever with it and have been very impressed with its performance. There is no obvious degradation of sound or picture and it switches outputs whenever a source is switched on or off (so I have not needed to use the remote control). The unit is very unobtrusive, being both small and silent, and it does not need a separate power supply. You will forget that it is there at all – your system will just work. Given that it cost half the price of switches that didn’t even work, I can’t recommend it highly enough.
