I ordered thid item from a third party namely Timothy Bellman on dec 2nd, as it was not delivered, and Amazon informed me that they had no way of contacting the seller by Dec 29th I was able to claim via Amazon, and to their credit and good business practice I was given a full refund including the delivery charge.This was to be my son’s main Christmas present so you can imagine the disappointment in our household. to save any more mucking about I contacted Apple direct and informed them of my situation on 30th Dec at 1pm and my son had his ipod by 11am on the 31st Dec. That’s how business should be conducted. The review of the ipod, well my son has been glued to it since he got it and i am amazed at what you can do with it.A great product, but not reccommended to be purchased from Timothy Bellman. I would add that this has not stopped me from buying goods through Amazon, as I have bought items since then with no complaints or problems, but I thouroughly check the reviews now before ordering.

I finally bowed to pressure and bought an iPod. Everyone told me how wonderful they were….. but, and there is a big but. I am not a happy bunny.

You will never buy a more infuriating piece of kit in your life. As if the iPod itself wasn’t bad enough, wait until you try to use iTunes. I changed my laptop at the same time, and can’t sync the device to my new laptop without removing everything and starting again. What a load of piffle!!

My advice? Buy Sony. I should never have changed.

As I said, like Lily Allen, it looks good but is actually a poor entertainer.

Considering the value of this item I was surprised that Royal Mail just dropped this through the letter box onto a hard tiled floor and did not require a signature. Fortunately the item does not appear to be damaged. I am pleased with the product though.
