I bought this because I hate the ones that go in your ear, the thing that attracted me to it was the solar panel which is a great idea as you dont need to carry the charger around with you and is good because it cuts down your carbon footprint.

As a lorry driver I have put this to the test as the wagons I drive are noisy and everyone who calls me can now hear me perfectly clear. It is easy to set up and the holder that fits to the window is very secure and if you leave it in the car and go of with your phone it turns itself off.

I have not yet charged it up from the mains as it gets plenty of charge useing the solar panel, so yes it it worth buying.

I bought this because it seemed a great little product, I think its fantastic. Within 15 minutes it was up and running. Very simple to set up even for an old wrinkly like me. A very cost effective way of keeping legal. Don.t look anymore, send for one, Brill!.

I recently purchased this product as a cheap portable and practical solution to having a hands free kit in my car. It has lived up to my expectations and I have recommended it to my friends. It sits on the windscreen and uses solar power. I have rarely used another source of power in the time I have it, but then I am an occassional rather than a business user. The only down side if it is one was that I could not transfer my phone book to it despite having a relatiely modern phone, 9 months old. However If you are looking for something neat, cheap and unobtrusive for your car to avoid those penalty points/fines, whatever about safety I can recommend the Nexus Drive Solar Pro.

I spent a fair amount of time researching similar items and the Nexxus seemed to be the best value for my needs. I haven’t used it much but so far its done exactly what its supposed to and I haven’t needed to charge it except for the initial charge. Voice alert is useful and the speech is clear. Conversations are fine even at motorway speeds in a cabriolet. Easy to set up and pair with bluetooth and download contact list. Easy to use on the move without needing to fiddle with controls. In summary, its easy to live with and I’m happy with it so far and would recommend it!

After initial charge this unit has not needed recharging as it charges itself. I have had it now for 3 weeks and no complaints. Clear sound. Would recommend.
