It’s a very sturdy cable, nice black colour and fits the little micro USB port really well. Only about a metre in length (3 feet to you oldies). Be sure to check out your USB ports before buying this but as a general rule, it goes USB, Mini then Micro in size. You can look ‘USB’ up on Wikipedia if you want confirmation. Micro is the new smart/mobile phone standard though mini is probably more commonly seen on other types of electronic gadgets (mini is squarer, micro is flatter). I actually prefer the mini ones but it’s a personal choice.

Yes, it’s nice and strong and works on my T-Mobile Pulse, despite misinformation that it’s incompatible. Can transfer data and charge the phone just like you do with the (inferior) one they give you when you buy your phone. Yes, importantly this cable DOES work with the T-Mobile Pulse so ergo, it’ll probably work with everything else.

The cable came quickly and was very nicely packaged in a little plasticy envelope (just like you get when you use Special Delivery so that’s what I call value). It even had some bubble wrap to protect it from being dropped (by the postman, I guess). This made me feel the company who supplied the cable to me (thank you very much by the way – sterling service!) really cared about what they were doing. I wish they were all like this (cables and companies) then life would be so much happier. All other companies take note, THIS is how you do it!

If you’re in any hesitation about buying one for your smartphone or other micro USB device (the really little flat USB port that’s now being adopted as a standard charging/data port on European smartphones now), don’t be! Go ahead and buy one now. You won’t regret it. I love my cable, it’s become a favourite of mine and I have it constantly dangling down from my USB equipped monitor. It’s become a permanent functional fixture. Looks good too!
