Unfortunately, one of the hand pieces did not function properly and I had to return it. The Service I received before arrival of the goods and subsequently was absolutely first class. J.L.Cognet.

Its a phone. It works. The battery lasts for ages. It does other things but I have no interest in figuring them out. It has a nice ring tone. It may have others. I don’t know.

Having put up with a BT phone for a couple of years (one of their more up market and pricey models), we had finally had enough of unexplained failures to pick up calls, date and time randomly resetting and appalling battery life.
We wondered if some of the fault lay with the line provider Virgin so to minimise wasting money we opted for a basic model from a different manufacturer with the only necessary frill being the answer phone.
All our previous problems disappeared the day we installed the Panasonic. Maybe some of the fancy BT features are missing (no time and date tag on the answer pnone messages being the one most missed) but given the price it is real value for money. It is clear, easy and intuitive to use and the battery life for each charge is great.
I have seen a lot of complaints around BT phones, maybe it is the ntl connection they don’t like but I will never risk another one

Bought it for our daughter for christmas and she is very pleased with it. When upstairs she doesn’t have to keep running down stairs to answer the phone so can change nappies etc.
