I bought this tv one month ago and I am completely delighted with it.So good is the freeview SD ,three weeks passed before I installed the satellite to receive freesat HD .The satellite and cabling only cost £36 and I found it no trouble to fit. The freesat SD quality is even better than freeview SD and the picture quality for freesat HD is absolutely superb. The 100hz rapid motion facility definitely seems to work and the picture quality remains good even in very heavy rain – a testament to the stability of the panasonic tuners. The appearance is more eligant than other tvs and is very easy to use. Some of the reviews I have read do not give this tv the full credit it deserves.

I have had this set 3 days now and am thrilled with it. It is a 37 inch full HD set, with an integrated freesat tuner. I have it set up with Sky+ SD via scart and blu ray via HDMI. HD images are simply stunning. Motion is superb. Colours are natural and realistic. The first blu ray I watched was Earth. What a jaw dropping visual feast that was! SD images from Sky are good. Of course, having seen the HD capabilities of the set, SD can never live up to that. Nonetheless it is streets ahead of my old 32″ Tosh HD Ready TV. I haven’t set up the freesat yet, but I am told that the images will be even better quality. And of course some of the freesat channels (BBC,ITV) will be broadcast in HD..and all for free!

Panasonic are the best LCD manufacturer in the business. I say this based on the many reviews of their TV’s on the net. This TV is the successor to the extremely highly rated LZD800 series and I can tell you that it is an amazing piece of kit. I am incredibly happy with it.

The TV arrived on time and I had a Freesat satelite dish installed a few days later. The satelite dish installer connected the arial, switched the TV on, went to auto set up and a few minutes later all was working.

I have since added a Panasonic DVD recorder DMR-EX769EB and using Viera Link I have a system that is so easy to use and the quality of both the TV and recorded images is excellent Well worth buying and at a very good price from Amazon

I took delivery of this TV just twenty four hours ago and up to now I have been truly delighted with it. What a fantastic service Amazon provide. I ordered this set on the Sunday and I took delivery of it early on Wednesday morning. This even taking into account that the Monday was a Bank Holiday.

Upon delivery I immediately rang the aerial erector to come and install a satellite dish and to set up the television as per Amazon recommendation. By lunchtime on the same day all was in place and I was truly amazed at the quality of the picture and the accurate colour reproduction. I had always fancied the Freesat installation from the BBC and ITV and I was not disappointed. I was even able to watch the European Cup Final on HD whose quality is truly mind boggling. I live in an area where we cannot get Freeview reception even though we are scheduled to change over in October of this year. This Freesat TV was the perfect answer for me. A truly wonderful purchase.

Since I bought this TV, a friend of mine who had bought a 32″ Sony LCD TV last year asked me to order this model for him from Amazon. He was so impressed with the quality of the picture on mine that he wanted a similar model. He has had it now for just over five weeks and is absolutely delighted with it

Ok, the first thing you notice is the shiny black TV frame, this makes the TV look very modern and stylish however you may need to clean once a week as it does show dust and finger prints very easily but thats the same on everyone of these new TVs.

The design of the TV is very sleek, I like the swivel base stand that comes as standard; this makes turning the TV to the correct viewing angle easy. The remote is also very nice, it has big buttons which is always a positive thing, it requires 2x AA which come supplied.

The next thing I will talk about is the connections, it comes with 4x HDMI slots, 2x SCART sockets, SD card reader, Composite sockets (red, yellow, white, blue, green). And audio out etc. This in my opinion is enough, if you want more however you can attach a HDMI/SCART socket splitter extension, this will give you more sockets.

The TV is quite good for the environment also as it features a button on the right hand side to turn off the TV, this saves being left on standby all the time. Note: when you turn on the TV the red standby light will appear, on the remote press and hold the standby button for 2 seconds and release, the standby light will turn green and the TV will switch on, it took me a while to figure this out as I dont really like reading instructions.

Now for the standard definition viewing such as normal Freeview or Sky, the picture I’m very pleased with, I recieve top signals though, I dont know how much of a difference this will make to the picture if you have a low signal quality. However when I watch some channels I think theyre in HD, the skin tones are very clear, all the colour shades are top notch – this is what I expect from the leading brand. Now for HD, I plugged in my PS3 via HDMI cable and watched a BluRay film and I was so pleased, the sound, colour, and movement jumped to life. I then decided to watch a normal DVD on my PS3, I chose the option ‘upscale to full’ on the PS3. The quality I must say was close to that of a BluRay, I was very impressed.

The next step I will probably take is getting a satalite dish for FreeSat HD as the TV comes with the hardware built in.

Well done Panasonic for another great buy.

I hope you found my review helpful.
