I purchased this after returning a faulty Sony BDPS360 (see my review for this product there).

After the prompt refund, I ordered the similarly priced Pioneer which despite the lack of reviews I was prepared to take on chance given the quality of my Pioneer TV and Pioneer products generally. The Pioneer has just as good audio/video as the Sony (which seems to be the reference against which others are judged). It has an eject button and a smoother running tray and a handy pop up menu too. It comes complete with a USB stick (absent in the Sony). I fully recommend the Pioneer.

The Amazon partner supplier delivered promptly so I was up back and running as fast as possible
