My son was set on these for Xmas to go with his new i-pod, I read the reviews and was fairly put off by some of the comments. However, he was adamant and I purchased them through an Amazon retailer (very fast delivery).
My son is delighted – they look great, feel comfortable and he is particularly pleased with the ajustable ear pieces – he can hang them round his neck and angle the ear pieces upwards to listen to his music.
I haven’t noticed any noise leakage when they are over his ears. I can’t comment about the quality of sound – does that really matter when you’re playing ‘Slipnot’?

i bought these on a sunday morning and i recieved them on the tues following!! great service by the company selling them!!! some reviews say that this product is rubbish because they are flimsy and break but i wear them everyday, walking the 2 and a half miles to school, then they sit in the bottom of my bag for the rest of the day until i finish and then they go straight back on!!!!
the sound quality is amazing especially if you love heavy metal like myself!! the bass is excellent on these!!!
i would recomend this to anyone who loves music!!!

The appearance of skull candy lowrider headphones are ultra cool and provide great sound (although the base and more deep sounds aren’t picked up as good as one would expect). They are also comfortable and tight fitting which makes it ideal to wear when being active.

The sound is great but the plastic linking the headphones broke in less than a month with no apparent reason, it had not been submitted to any ill treatment

Received these this morning (Saturday) after ordering them late Thursday night so the delivery is extra fast. Can’t give a proper review at the moment but so far i love the looks. They look really modern and are really comfy to wear. The sounds quality is excellent and when put up to maximum volume they are just like having speakers although wouldn’t recommend wearing them on full volume. They are adjustable as well so they can fit basically any head. However, they are a bit flimsy and this was the only thing that nearly made me not buy them after reading the other reviews. Lets hope they don’t break.
