Not bad but not great I have to admit. It is a little intermitent and not as good as I’d hoped.

I bought this item to work with my I-pod classic and it couldn’t even transmit to my stereo across the room.

It can’t go any bad than this. First the product was a complete disaster and then when i returned it back to TeckNet, they never send me the replacement. After chasing through couple of emails, i found that they only remind you about the standard rules which they themselves never stick to. My recommendation – stay away from Marketplace and possibly from companies like this.

Two problems with this product. Firstly, it docks directly onto the iPhone, so if (as I do) you use one of the rubber phone covers, then the product does not dock cleanly onto the phone without removing the cover, which I’m never going to do.

Secondly, while using this product and not even touching the phone, the phone suddenly rebooted itself, and would subsequently accept no further battery charge. As a result, 24 hours later it was dead, and I had to go to an Apple store to get it swapped. This may be nothing to do with the Tecknet product, but the evidence would suggest that it is.

I have now bought a different product which has a trailing lead and iPhone plug to go cleanly into the phone, even with the cover on.

Bought this item a few weeks ago as a recommendation from a colleague. It was extremely easy to set up and have had no problems with it so far. I have even gone so far as to recommend it to friends looking for an I-pod transmitter. One huge bonus is that it charges my i-pod nano 4G and my son’s i-pod touch 2G as you play music through it. Great!
