The tablet is simply wonderful!

The package has everything including tablet, pen, batteries for the pen, clear instruction, CD and a copy of Art Weaver – all you need to get started!

The tablet itself is easy to use and works with Windows XP and Vista. Only thing I found little bit off was the length of the cable it’s simply too short if you have your USB connection at the back of your PC or your PC is on the floor you will struggle.

Other than that it’s great!

I bought this as “my first” tablet, mostly for messing around with. It is sensitive enough for my needs and greatly increases the ease of modifying photographs or computer artwork. Highly recommended, although as others have said the usb lead is short.

As an additional note: I am running this on Linux using the “gimp” program. It took a little trial and error to get the driver working but once I had identified the actual manufacturer it was easy enough – a simple download and install, with a walkthrough found via google (and now lost). This is with full pressure sensitivity. It works as a mouse without pressure sensitivity out of the box, on Ubuntu Linux.

Product was delivered promptly.

The tablet was bought as an addition to my small laptop to increase cursor control for photo work. It does exactly what it promises and works well. I would recommend this for use with a netbook or small laptop, but for a desk-top I have, and use a larger tablet.

I bought this as a portable unit to use with my laptop. I already have a Wacom A3 in my studio, but didn’t want to shell out a lot of cash on something that was going to get carried about (battered) and possibly lost (borrowed)!

It works straight out of the box on my Windows 7 laptop (HP Touch Smart) and if you take a minute to install the CD you also get access to the menu short-cuts along the edge, so you don’t need to put the pen down to use a mouse.

It has been faultless so far, and it is almost as good as my other tablet!

If you want to get to grips with tablet working then buy one of these – I don’t think you will be disappointed.
