It looks like the reason why this was cheaper than the sony charger was that this so called charger doesnt work! there was no packaging and no instructions and ive tried it with both the cable supplied and the usb cable i usually use to link to my PC and neither charges my sony PRS600. so my advice is save your money and dont buy this.

Bought for re-charging when I have no computer access. It works very well and mine came with the added bonus of interchangeable, slide on mains pins, very useful when travelling abroad.

Delivered on time and well packaged,the 3 pin charger does all the blurb says it will. Not only does it charge the reader in 2 hours via the 3 pin mains plug,but by pulling the cable from the plug it can now be used to charge from a laptop or pc via USB (approx 4 hours). The retractable cable feature works well and keeps the amount of clutter low.
