I was concerned whwn I didnt recieve it, I emailed their customer services which are excellent and after they realised I hadnt got the product they resent it 10/10 for product and customer service 8/10 for delivery

This head cleaner worked, but I hadnt realised it was one with the liquid to squirt into a hole…and there was no instructions as to how much to squirt….so it was a pure guess.

Didn’t work but, that was on my Mum and Dad’s very old Video player that had basically stopped working…. so can’t really comment.
