I bought this to wear my iphone when running, especially for use with the runkeeper app. I have found it excellent over the past couple of months. It fits well over clothes or just your bare arm (although if your arm is thinner than mine it might be a bit loose?..) And works well with the phone, which still responds to touch screen perfectly despite the extra plastic screen. Just add a pair of sports headphones and you’re away!

I’ve never owned another armband to compare this to, as I’ve only recently taken up jogging! However, this seems to work fine. It’s well made, with quality materials and good solid stitching, and fairly easy to put on and take off. The touchscreen works fine through the plastic cover, and I’ve jogged in the rain with no problems. The little gizmo to wrap the headphone cord around to shorten it to a more useable length works well, too, even if it takes you a couple of tries to figure out how to wrap the cable around it without over-bending the cable at the jack lead.

As another reviewer has said, you can’t access the volume controls on the side with your iPod/iPhone in this armband, but I use an iPhone with volume controls on the headphone lead, so this isn’t a problem for me.

This sports case for the iphone is excellent quality, good materials and well put together. I have used this in the gym on several occasions and have found it to be very good at keeping moisture away from the iPhone. There are some minor issues with the wrap in use, the touch screen can operate if the case moves on the arm due to the plastic cover over the screen and the volume controls are quite hard to access when the case is worn. However, if you are just playing music and switch the phone to sleep mode then this does not cause a major problem. The only other possible downside is the length of the strap – if you have big arms then you may find the strap is too short to go over those biceps! Overall I have been very happy with this product and would definitely buy one again.

Seems very well made and wear resistant. You can easily operate the touch screen through the protective cover and the velcro strap is secure. I’ve used this while out cycling in the rain and my phone was perfectly dry. If you put some foam padding behind it you can even strap it to your bike handle-bar post (not a good idea to watch videos while cycling though).

The armband is fairly comfortable, considering it holds an iPhone. Being a runner I can’t use the screen much once i’m moving which means I can’t change the volume easily. It would be usefull to have a cut-out in the fabric which would allow me to do this, it wouldn’t compromise the strength of the band if done properly. Otherwise great.
