Pocket Towel

Pocket Towel

As anyone who has ever tried to jam more than a few days worth of kit into a rucksack or beach bag will know all too well towels are the arch enemy of packing light. For something you only need once or twice a day it takes up way too much space that would be far better used for your travel speakers picnic camera mask & flippers or dare we say it a few chilled bottles of something delicious. Not only does a trad towel hog way too much space when dry but post plunge it gets everything else you’ve so carefully packed wet and somehow weighs as much as a small child. Charming as small children can occasionally be you don’t want to be carrying one around for long. The Pocket Towel is the perfect solution. Not only does it pack up absurdly small taking up less space than a lemon but it dries in nano seconds (figuratively speaking). Made from an ultra-fine woven micro fibre it unfolds to 80 x 40cm and its super-absorbency will soak up three times its weight in water. Better than a traditional towel in every way we can imagine the Pocket Towel is your ultimate travel companion (with perhaps the exception of a porter) whether you’re going to the beach for the day or the Amazon for considerably longer. It’s a backpacker’s dream and a day-tripper’s delight.

SAMPLE ENTRY:

“What was the inspiration behind the creation of this book?”

The Mortal Instruments series was inspired out of a daily encounter, just like any other author who conceived their ideas mostly with the environment and people they meet in life.
Cassandra Clare has a certain fascination which she claims she never had: Tattoos. She believes the Ancient Runes within this pigmentation where warriors cover their bodies with symbols and images, but the inspiration did not happen within a snap. The fascination for tattoos was even more solidified when a friend of hers who is a tattoo artist gave her a tour in her new shop in New York. There was a unique tradition in the tattoo parlor…

The Runes of the Earth

In 1977 Stephen Donaldson changed the face of epic fantasy. With the publication of THE CHRONICLES OF THOMAS COVENANT THE UNBELIEVER Donaldson took the world of fantasy publishing by storm and created a true phenomenon: an epic fantasy instant bestseller that has gone on to sell millions. The ‘hero’ Thomas Covenant is mysteriously struck down with a disease believed eradicated; he is abandoned by his wife and young son and becomes a pariah. Alone and despairing Covenant falls – and is drawn into a mysterious new world where gentle people work magic and the earth itself brings healing. He is welcomed as the reincarnation of a legendary saviour but Covenant refuses to believe; he’s convinced he’s having delusions. At the end of the sixth book as Covenant battles to save the world he is killed – in both worlds – as Dr Linden Avery his horrified companion looks on. Now comes the book every fantasy reader has been waiting for. It’s ten years later and Linden Avery thought she would never see the Land or Covenant her beloved again. But Lord Foul has stolen her adopted son and is unmaking the very laws of nature. And though she believes Covenant dead he keeps sending Linden messages: ‘Find me’ and ‘Don’t trust me’. The Land is in turmoil and Lord Foul has plans for them all …
